Aaron refined his skills in the art of providing first class service at John Ash & Co., spending a decade with this pioneer in world-renowned wine country cuisine.  A desire to expand his leadership and service talents led Aaron to the fast-paced, high energy San Francisco restaurant scene, gaining several years of invaluable experience at Betelnut Restaurant on Union Street. Aaron then returned to his Sonoma County roots as the restaurant manager at Rustic Restaurant, Francis Coppola’s restaurant at his famed Geyserville, CA-based winery.  As the restaurant manager, Aaron led a team in providing the warm, impeccable hospitality and service for which the restaurant was acclaimed.


Opening a restaurant together was a dream come true for both brothers.  Combining Dustin’s culinary acumen featuring fresh, local ingredients and Aaron’s savvy ability to provide a warm, authentic environment brings these local brothers full circle:  back to the area they love, working in an industry they love and showcasing the breadth of beautiful bounty for which Sonoma County is known.
